Carsten Andres
Owner and Manager

Carsten became a certified diver 1991 in Australia. In 1994 he arrived in Thailand actually on a round-the world-trip. As he was looking for a possibility to travel and work at the same time, he just decided to stay in Thailand instead of continuing the trip, took his Instructor examination on Koh Samui and was working for the following year on Koh Tao. After a short visit to the Philippines, he went to Egypt where he worked for a German tour operator specialized in diving for more than 10 years. Carsten is PADI Master Instructor, CMAS** Instructor, PRO NRC Instructor, TDI Extended Range Instructor and TDI CCR Buddy Inspiration Instructor. When he was asked in April 2006 by Sabine and Jochen if he was interested in buying a Dive Center on Grenada he nearly immediately said yes, without even knowing where the island was located on the map. In December 2006 he arrived on Spice Isle and is more than happy about owning a Dive Center, the location, the people and the challenge.

Sabine Lenz
Owner and Manager

Sabine always wanted to live abroad and – luckily – when she met Jochen the first time she found out that he has the same wish. She started diving in 1996 in Germany, where she was doing all her courses and then also working in a dive shop. Now, after all the years in Egypt where they gained lots of experience Sabine is very happy that her dream of having a dive center in the Caribbean came true. In addition to being an owner and Manager Sabine is also PADI Divemaster.

Jochen Lenz
Owner and Manager

Jochen wanted to be under water since he saw the first Cousteau films. He started diving at the age of 17 and went to many different places for diving holidays. He took his instructor examination in 1998 in the cold Lake Constance in Germany and was working afterwards for a dive shop close to his home town. As German waters are very cold he and Sabine decided to move to Egypt and were working there in the deep south in 2000. Beginning of 2001 they moved to the small island of Saba were they felt in love with the Caribbean. From the end of 2001 to 2006 they went back to Egypt to work for the same company as Carsten and managed 2 big dive centers in the south of Hurghada. Because of the administrative duties there was not a lot of diving involved and the desire grew to go back to the Caribbean and open up an own dive center. After a lot of travelling and diving during his holidays he and Sabine found that little dive center for sale on the beautiful island of Grenada. Jochen is PADI IDC Staff-, CMAS*-, and PRO NRC Instructor.
